Conrad was absolutely amazing! He was always available with any queries we had. He gave the best advice and literally sold our house on first viewing. He also solely managed an open day with 20 viewings booked in as there was so much interest. He was very professional and friendly throughout the whole process which only took a few months to complete! 100% recommend Conrad. He will go above and beyond for any of his clients. Why I chose Conrad at Remax was his warm personality and enthusiasm. Other estate agents barely looked through the house but Conrad took interest . Also the other agents valued by comparing other house prices in the area, but Conrad knows the market exceptionally well and used his own judgement to value. We even got more than the asking price .
