Refer a friend

Introduction

a. The "Refer a Friend Program" ("Program") is promoted by RE/MAX Estate Agents Barry, Barry, Wales ("the Agency").

b. By referring a friend, the referrer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

a. The referrer must be a legal resident of Wales and at least 18 years old.

b. The referred friend must be a new client of the Agency and must not have been previously engaged with the Agency within the last 12 months.

How to Refer

a. The referrer must provide the referred friend's full name, contact number, using the designated form or method provided by the Agency.

b. The referred friend must consent to be contacted by the Agency.

Rewards

a. Once the referred friend successfully completes a transaction with the Agency (e.g., purchase, sale, or rental of property), the referrer is eligible for a reward.

b. The exact nature and value of the reward will be defined by the Agency at its sole discretion and communicated to participants.

Data Protection

a. Personal data provided during the referral will be used solely for the purpose of the Program and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

b. By participating in the Program, both the referrer and the referred friend consent to the Agency processing their personal data for the purpose of the Program.

Termination and Changes

a. The Agency reserves the right to terminate or modify the Program at any time, with or without prior notice.

b. Any changes to the Terms & Conditions will be communicated to registered participants.

Miscellaneous

a. This Program cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers by the Agency.

b. The Agency holds the right to disqualify any participant if any fraudulent activity is detected.
