Manchester, London and Bristol are the top places for rental potential according to the latest City Ranking Model from PriceHubble. 📊

The ranking model utilises economic, demographic, and housing market data to evaluate the outlook for rental demand across the UK’s 60 largest towns and cities. 🇬🇧

There are 5 key components to the type of data assessed:

🏢 Jobs and Local Economy,

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Demographics,

🏠 Affordability,

💡 Enterprise and Innovation,

💷 Scale for Investment.

Shown here are a few of those segments:

  • Jobs and Local Economy 🏢: This sector considers factors such as employment growth and the presence of knowledge-based industries. Top-ranked cities here are London, Bristol, and Aldershot.

  • Enterprise and Innovation 💡: This segment examines the future economic health of cities, including the presence of emerging sector industries, such as technology. The top-ranked cities in this category are London, Edinburgh, and Bristol.

  • Demographics 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦: This segment considers factors like population growth and the presence of a younger demographic (more likely to rent). Top-ranked cities in this region include Cardiff, Exeter, and Coventry.
