Free professional Photography, Floorplan, Video Property Tours, and 360 Virtual Tours. Premium & Spotlight listing on Rightmove & Zoopla. Personal service by Conrad Binding, Viewings, Offer negations and dealing directly with solicitors for sales management.

When do I pay you?

A no-sale, no-fee basis is the way forward. Being self-employed and working for your money will provide a proactive mindset to get the job done with excellent customer service throughout.

How long am I tied into a contract with you?

0 Weeks. Why would you be tied into a contract to sell your own home? We class that as “ an agreement to be lazy “ We offer speed and efficiency.

How late do you show viewings around?

Average work life wants to view houses past 6 pm, so we want to ensure we get a sale. and we work on Sunday there is a time limit if you tell us so.

Do I have to use your solicitors and mortgage advisors?

Nope, they are optional and not part of the agreement. We only recommend the best in the industry that will work well with our module.

Do you offer more than sales?

Yes, Lettings, property management, Commercial Sales, and Buyer Agent Services. Pretty much anything in the property industry.

How quickly can you get my property live?

As soon as the photographer has been it will be less than 24 hour turn around providing your approval.

What is the viewing process?

We pre-screen tenants before viewing, mainly around affordability, Contract holders, Pets, and credit checks on CCJs to see if they pre-qualify for the viewing. Once they have passed, we will put them through intense referencing vetting, and we are happy to proceed.

What is the referencing vetting process?

We check for the following: Identity, Mobile phone verification, Credit File assessment, Affordability assessment, County Court Judgments (CCJ), History of bankruptcy, Employment, UK bank account and Previous Landlord or Agent reference.

How long am I tied into a contract with you?

How late do you show viewings around?

People with average work lives want to view houses past 6 pm. We want to ensure we let the property and offer a late evening service and weekends up to 8 pm.

Do you charge for maintenance?

We do not charge for maintenance. Most agents charge 33% on top of an issue to increase their profits. We want to improve your earnings YoY to keep a healthy portfolio. Happy to use your tradespeople to build trust and a business relationship.

Do you offer a portfolio discount?

Yes, If you have three more, we drop the percentage down to help grow. We offer portfolio growth management to help you buy more and grow together. Even if you are starting or already have a portfolio, we will help you increase yield and profit shares.
